Order Validation Troubleshooting |
Our ordering system is completely automated. We will automatically attempt to connect to your web server to verify that you are entitled to a free or discounted certificate. You should, where possible, leave your current SSL Certificate in place so the automated system can check your web server. |
You will also have the opportunity to provide your existing SSL Certificate for validation, however, in some cases we must still connect to your web server to verify the validity of the certificate. |
If we are unable to validate your existing certificate you will be unable to use the Competitive Upgrade (CU) ordering option. |
